Unhappy Cam recommended !!

I'm looking for a strong cam - street cam racing and friendly with NOS, I thinking for a MS4 or MS3 cam, LG5x3 and polluter-v1-classic from tickperformence.

Which cam make more hp & tq!?
And what is the set of the cam (which spring and pushrods lifters oil pump etc)

My car is 2002 zo6

I want arround 430-435 HP cam only.

Also what is the best headers you recommend.

welcome for any suggest

1 7/8 on the headers. Budget friendly ones would be Texas Speed or Speed Engenering headers. As far as the cam goes, try to look at as many dyno graphs that you can regarding the above mentioned cams. One mre that I will throw in the mix is the Streetsweeper cam by Ed Curtis at Flowtech Induction. Great torque and under the curve power for a larger cam. I would go with Brian Tooley Racing .660 spring kit. Can't beat Brian's spring kits. Stock rockers with the trunion upgrade and pushrods will need to be measured for. My advice if you are wanting a shelf cam is to do as much research as you can and talk to others who have those cams. Hope that helps.

This cam just made 435 rwhp with 243 heads on a C5 Corvette.

This cam has made 460 rwhp on two different C5 Z06 cars with stock LS6 heads and intake.

That cam is hard to beat, and easy on parts.

Thanks for the opportunity to serve you.

Some other good advice would be to pick a vendor and go through them for the whole package. That way, you've just got one person helping you with the setup instead of mixed and matched parts from all kinds of people. The one great thing about the LSx community is it's great group of vendors and companies. You CANNOT go wrong with really any of them, but I've personally dealt with Martin at Tick Performance, Brian Tooley, and Texas Speed, and they all three will go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and happy. Customer service goes a long way to me, and in my opinion, it's one of the dying aspects of American business these days.

There is a picture of a dyno sheet of that cam making almost 450 rwhp on a Mustang dyno on the website. http://www.briantooleyracing.com/nat...-camshaft.html

I can supply references of other shops who have made that much or more power on a C5 Z06 with stock LS6 heads and intake. Obviously attention to detail makes a difference, the quality of the headers and other parts makes a difference, and the tune makes a difference. The hollow stem valves in the C5 Z06 heads might even make a difference. A auto car will probably not make that much power even with the converter locked.

Good to see some solid numbers from the stage 2 n/a. It's the one I have but haven't installed yet. I have 243 heads and ls6 intake with hooker headers. It would be great if I could get close to 435 whp also.

Look guys, this camshaft profile has been around for a while with a few different variations of it. They have proven to make great power time and time again with the correct supporting mods to go with it. I just think it's funny to see guys get all worked up over dyno numbers when it comes to camshaft choice. Here are a few examples.
