DART 205 as cast v DART CNC ported
I have a LS1 6m with Dart 205 as cast heads 226x230x14 cam FAST102 making 415 rwhp.at 2,000 ft. on a 95 degree day.
How much more power would I make with the heads cnc ported or how much more if I changed to a set of AFR heads.

OP, here is a link to what I was talking about. I know flow numbers aren't the "end all, be all", but the flow numbers are really good and I trust anything AI puts their machines on.

If you go w/ AFR's you might want to change the cam too due to AFR's strong exhaust side and liking single pattern cams. There's an old thread where a guy switched for AFR heads and wasn't happy with the power he picked up. Tony Mamo eventually came into the thread and said it was because of cam selection.
Just thought I'd through that out there.
It sounds like getting your Darts ported by someone who knows what they are doing might be the best bet.

Hansomeden,
You're in SEQ, there's good cylinder head porters and performance shops locally here who could do some hand porting for you and make good gains or send them down to Higgins for CNC work. If you're going to ship them to the US and back plus the cost of CNC porting them, a set of AFR's would nearly be more economical.
