We have 60mm cams available for special LS engine builds. They will be custom lobe milled to your specs heat treated and ground. These cores can take a .575 lobe if needed.

More lift, higher RPM, more stability.

Kip - what blocks would accept this? The Dart blocks? LSX? RHS?

Would any of the stock blocks accept this? Or would they need to be machined?

Correct Jake. More lobe lift if needed. Main reason stronger core less deflection more stable valve train.
I am not sure about the blocks. We just have calls for them. So we make them.

You can bore the cam tunnel in stock blocks to accept a 60mm babbit cam bearing.

That's what I figured. Sounds good for a solid roller setup!
