Default What's the best way to install new valve seals?

I'm upgrading my springs to the new crane duals and have to change my valve seals. I got the exhaust seals from a 98 and was wondering what is the best and safest way to install them without damage to the seal. Thanks.

just did this last weekend,
and while I too had a 7/16" deep socket to tap them with...
I only had to tap maybe two.

Put yourself some lube in each one, twist is as you put it on, and then check it with the little straw that comes with them.

Slice of pie.
