not from somebody with only 5 feedback i wouldnt. a few dollars saved in the shortrun can end up costing you in the long run. ebay is great but i wouldnt buy a motor from there that i planned to stick in a ride i needed to be reliable. engine building is an art, dont trust it to just anyone.
