What are the big power H/C set ups running?

What size cam are the 450+ heads cam guys running? stock cube,ls1 head?
Im thinking about going this route so i figure id start doing some reserch now.
also what springs is everyone running? 921's?

most are running an ls6 or ls6 style head though some have done it with 5.3's, most of the aftermarket heads already have decent dual springs on them, and a pretty large cam 230+ duration .580+ lift intake & exhaust.
