Default How long do stock springs last?

My SS has 121k miles on the clock and I've noticed my mph fall off a little in the last few months. I noticed a bit of hesitation on my 1-2 shift and on the 2-3 also. Almost like the car didn't want to rev anymore. I'm thinking I may be having a little bit of valve float. What is the usual lifespan for these springs?
