Default Oil tube bolt HELP!!

I'm in the middle of my cam swap, trying to install my SLP oil pump. I've got the pump on and I can't get the pickup tube bolt to start to save my life. I think the problem is that the oil pan isn't dropped down far enough. I've got it down about a 1/4", and it won't move a millimeter further. I think there is a little more it can drop. I've got all the perimeter bolts backed out about 1/2" and the bellhousing to pan bolts almost all the way loose. Is there anything else I can do to get it to drop further?

When I did mine I removed the bell housing to oil pan bolts completely to let the pan drop
