Default Lifer preload question?

I have a 5.7 LS1 and I put new ls7 lifters in. What is the preload range for those?

Right now with the rods I have from TSP it will give me a preload of .065.

.060 through .100. I heard .080 or around there is ideal for LS7 lifters.

Ok right now I will have them at .065. The rods I got from TSP are 7.375 and I thought they we're going to measure out to 7.395 over al length. But they are right on 7.375. I only say that cause I originally had their 7.400 and they measured out to 7.420, so that was too much and I sent them back for the next size down.
