Default Opinions need please

How could my heads get this dirty after a new heads/cam package? These pictures were taken after three thousand miles. Oil was RedLine.

The heads were shiny clean stage two heads I saw before they were installed on my car (98Z). The rest of the inside of the engine (timing chain area was a nice golden yellow) so it's not because my car was filthy inside.

Here are the pictures.

Hot oil turns stuff brown. If you hot tank those heads, they'll be shiney again. But after a few thousand miles, it'll be brown again. Vicsous cycle.

So how come the rest of the engine is a nice golden yellow inside (after 68000 miles) but the new heads are sludgy brown after 3000 miles?

Maybe they are magnets for filth?

I have a truck with a 4 cyl in it, and after 82k miles on the thing the oil still looks as clean the day it comes out as the day it went in every oil change. If your oil looks pretty clean all the time too, then it is hard to say where all the ugly buildup is coming from. Maybe 68000 miles worth of crud stuck in the lower end of it decided to come up and dirty up the nice shiny parts?
