Ok so I'm putting my motor back together with arp head bolts that I got given to me to from my dad and arp rod bolts. My question is what's the torque specs for both and sequence for the rod bolts I got the sequence for the head bolts just not the rod bolts. I'm using arp moly lube also. This is for a 2000 lq4 btw. Thanks in advance

You can look it up on arp-bolts.com. It's under "Instructions", you just need to enter your part numbers. For something important like head and for bolts, I'd rather get the info straight from the source...
