That's a big ole cam. I'd check ptv for sure before I ran that cam. No way to say honestly. Anything anyone would tell you would be a guess. You'll have to check your ptv to be sure.

It was just a thought lol
The Ms4 I had in my stock Ls1 rocked
Heads and intake are to be determined yet, to get the CR up a set of 243s at 58cc would be the best
Ls3 heads and intake flow more but CR wouldn't be as high as compared to the 243s....

I recently built a 403ci nitrous motor. Running Wiseco -8cc pistons with 63cc 243's and my compression is right at 11.2:1.
My cam is the BTR Stroker Nitrous
251/266-112 (.632/.595)
So no, more lift on the exhaust is not needed as Brian did multiple tests with high lift cams on the exhaust side with almost no return.
My cam has a ton of overlap and after getting it tuned, it drives awesome... almost dont even know that its got a donky dick in it when cruising around town. But when the bottle comes on its an absolute monster.
For your motor that cam might be off because it wont be able to take advantage of the extra air flow that a stoker provides. I would suggest calling up Brian and see what he would recommend.
What Im really trying to get at is dont be afraid of a big cam for drive ability... Performance is another thing
