Scratched cam bearing, can I run it?

Scratched cam bearing, can I run it? Can I smooth this out and run it? Not sure, but I think I scratched it pulling the cam. Opinions?
If I can run it, do I smooth it with a green scotch bright? Or do I take my motor in and have them all replaced? Engine is already out of the car, but machine shops are 1.5 hours away.

What about the little gouge as well? Run it? Thanks guys... makes my concern go way down. I was a bit annoyed at first at the idea of having to take my engine in.

The cam bearing itself will never chew the cam, as the cam is MUCH harder than the bearing. Having said that, there is a possibility of losing a small amount of oil pressure IF the scratch goes to the edge of the bearing and bleeds oil off before it can do its job. It would have to be a DEEP scratch to do that. Pure speculation, but a possibility.

I would say a light surface scratch would be of no consequence, but the call is ultimately yours. It is your peace of mind at stake here.
