Default 2001 Camaro ticking/rattling noise

I have a 2001 Camaro a4, which developed a ticking/rattling noise last Wednesday. I drove it 5-8 miles just to make it home. I didn’t noticed any performance loss. Today was the first time to turn it on since then. I really don’t have time to mess around with it till maybe this week either. My first inicial thought was maybe a bad exhaust leak but it sounds like it’s coming from the top of the engine. Any thoughts as to what it you guys may think it is ? It’s pretty much stock with the exception of headers and tune. Oil pressure seems fine as well.

Definitely not an exhaust leak.

First guess is Lifter tick - but typically, lifter tick isn't that loud - but it doesn't mean that it's not.

Remove the coil packs
Remove the valve covers
Inspect upper valve train (Rockers/pushrods) - if you're lucky, it's something super obvious.
