i have a hotcam right now. i did a serch and didnt find really anything that showed me what heads people had with the hotcam, their #'s and track times. if anyone has #'s and track times with a hotcam and heads, let me know. i need to know the brand and type of heads. any suggestions would be appreciated as well. thanks.

ya ever think there might be a reason you dont find many head and hotcam setups . that in itself tells you volumes.

I think a AFR 205/Hotcam car would be a lot of fun to drive around.

yea...arnt the afr 205's going to be about 2200 fully assembled? i just thought maybe at least one person was some kind of guney pig for a hotcam car with heads. anyone else? with that z06 that just changed his heads got 407 rwhp? something like that... maybe the afr 205's would be cool. hummmm maybe i will just keep the hotcam in and get afr 205's. then we will all know! i know no one else would ever try it. ontop of that id know that the heads were capable of a lot more. so when i decided to up the anty, ill know which cam to get to maximize the the power. am i just out of my head?!

try it yourself if your wanting heads. get some good heads that are capable of supporting more than the hotcam. put them on and find out. if you decide you want more power then swap out the hotcam. a cam swap isnt that hard or expensive, not compared to swapping heads.

Some good heads and 1.8RR with hotcam might be interesting. Especially with the juice...
