specs on the x3 are unreleased due to the amount of work lou has put into that cam, he doesnt want them released to the public so he doesnt get ripped off, which is a fair deal because he researched and developed that grind, i have it in my car now, going to finish up the valve springs tonite and then wait on my intake parts to come in, as far as knowing more about the cam, a search will turn up numerous discucssions about these cams and ig you search the dyno thread you will be able to get all the g5 dynos and then look through them to see what people are making, without heads this cam should put you right up to +- 400

It was very hard for me to believe as well that they are not giving their customers a cam card with much needed info on it, but that is exactly what they are doing. But people are still buying them. That just isn't for me. But others don't seem to care.

I'm looking at making it fit on 5.3L heads and patriot gold dual springs
and I think its a 114lsa???
and I might want to step it down to a 112lsa....If its offered that way

just want to make sure of P-V clearance.....

The G5X3 on a 112lsa is not supposed to be used without flycutting the pistons.
The G5X2 on a 112lsa will clear as long as the heads are not milled. I have mine going in next week and hopefully will have some dyno #'s soon

I was given the duration numbers by a reliable source who supposedly had it on the cam doctor. I just estimated the lift numbers. This is just rediculous...its a freakin cam, not a matter of national security...I understand you dont want to **** anyone off...oh well, the numbers will be all over the board eventually. It's not like its "the" secret cam that unleashes never before seen hp numbers LOL.

The G5X3 with the Golds will last 15000 miles from what I hear (depending on how u drive) maybe more maybe less, just check them that often.

Nope, but close....

I believe the 114 LSA X3 will work with unmilled heads... need to call LG about it.

Its simple people, if you dont like not having the magic numbers, dont buy it... No need to **** and moan about it in every thread.... (not you specifically) LG is the one who put the right lobes together with the right LSA with the right advance and made it work.

They probably sell 20 for every one person that complains about not having specs and all are happy customers.
