Default Flat spot/stutter in RPM's after Sparkplug change

When taking off in 1st gear around 1100 rpms it will stutter or just like "blip" off on power after the change. I haven't had much time to fix it yet so i'm looking for some heads up. I had some trouble with the #8 plug but I don't think that would cause the flat spot everytime, and i'm sure I gapped them correctly and at lunch I just pushed all the wires on the coils to ensure they are snug. I have yet to do so with the plug end. It only seems to do it at low RPM's....

Would a loose plug cause this? Man I hope I didn't cross thread that #8 plug. It went in there tight.

I'm guessing wires, I had a car do the exact same thing once. Found I had torn a boot when removing and would cause the hesitation and miss. Hope you find it!

Changed wires it still did it. Replaced all plugs, found a good chunk of the porcilin missing off one with the core exposed. Replaced it and all is well.
