Default LQ-9 heads

I heard the LQ-9 heads from a 99 and later Escalade are a straight swap to the LS-1. Larger valves with the same compression. Anybody tried them?

I believe they're a lower compression

That is right the are lower compretion.

they have the same valves and a larger combustion chamber, thus lower compression.
