Levi, id say its a gimmick, maybe not, but i think so, its oil, it all goes the same place in the end, the only difference in other oils, is the amounts of detergents and ability to not breakdown as fast.. if a car sits for a few hours id say it all goes the same place.

It is a group II/group V blend. It cost about $3/quart. For that amount of money you can get Schaeffer's Supreme which is capable of longer drain intervals.

Rumor has it that it's Castrol Magnatec, an oil that has been popular in Australia and other parts of the world. It's virgin analysis looks promising, but since it just came out here, no used oil reports are out on it yet to see how it performs. Castrol's oils have been showing very good oil analysis reports as of late though, and I'm confident this one will too.
