Default Which cam...231/237 or 231/231 both 112lsa

Getting a bigger cam, the 224 wasn't cutting it. These are the two cams I am looking at. I want to drive the car to work some days and do some weekend cruising yet.....which cam is going to allow me to do that yet? I run 100 Shot also.

I would go ahead and get the 231/237. I'm only saying that because I have it and it sounds sick and pulls hard form 3k and up. It doesn't let off at all. My rev limiter is set at 6800 and I shift at about 6500. Drivability is not a concern or issue for me and I have stock gearing. There is surging but it can be dealt with. How about some 231/231 guys or TSP chime in...

Oh, and the 231/237 loves the juice from what I understand.

About the same here. It pulls very hard, especially with the 4.10's.

How often do you need to change the springs with this cam?

with the proper springs, not very often at all... just get the Patriot duals and you won't have to change them for a long time. This cam is very friendly for the valvetrain.

I could definitely daily drive mine... I commute through traffic with mine once or twice a week and it's handled just fine... plus I drive it all weekend. And this is without a proper tune (still running the stock Predator tune). If I had to drive my car every day, it wouldn't bother me at all.
