Default eagle I beam rods

will the eagle I beam rods last in a supercharged engine or should i go with something better? what would be the max boost & rwhp you would run with thtese rods?

I was looking at these also they are advertised to handle 700 hp But I have been making that at the flywheel with the stockers so I am not sure weather I should change them or not. I can not afford the others on the market right now $1000+. I found them new for $369.99 + shipping I thought it was a good deal if I did decide to go with them though.

I am using Eagle 6.125 rods and my motor is set up to spin to 7200.

Im using Lunati, they are rated a little better, but still afordable. i got mine from speed inc for around 650 i think. thats with arp bolts. Mine are also 6.125

The Eagle SIR I-beams are rated that high?? I know the H-beams are, but wasn't sure about the I-beams..

What are the H-beams rated for? How much are then generally?

I saw an advertisement for the I beams and it said they were rated to 500hp max applications.

i dont believe they are much better then stock rods, but run around 500 bucks

We have both the I beam rods & the H beam rods in stock. I would definately lean towards the H beam rods, the I beams look really cheap & probably can't take alot of hp
