Default too big?

i was lookin into a new cam. Cam Motion 232/236 592/602 110 LSA - i was wondering is that too big for my car. i have stock heads and i would take the rocker arms off that i have. i have a 2800 stall will my car be able to hold such a monster cam?

You'd need a bigger stall and some deeper gears... but I'd say it probably would be ok. I'm running a 231/237 .598/.598 on stock heads and it's fine. In fact I'm not even tuned and it's running well enough to be used as a daily driver...

as stated, bigger stall ~4k, and you'll need a full exhaust setup meaning LT's and you'll need a great tune.

First establish a "planned" package for what you want to do with the power you're trying to achieve.
A 110 lsa on A4 is not "street", and IMO should only be used for "race" setups in mind..
How about vacuum for your brakes?? Surging?? Uphills?? Stop and go traffic??

If power is what you want, first decide why? and Where? you want that power for.
Then build your combo with that in mind.

I ran something close to that in my stock engine, and also in the 393, except on a 112. I think a 113 or 114 would have been even better for use on the street. It made good power in both engines. It used to be considered a monster cam, not anymore.

I ran it on a Vig 3200 and a vig 3600 convertor. 373 gears.
