well w/o knowing your goals, application, or any emissions requirements what kind of info are you looking for

i suggest more research (i.e search); for info on PP, AS, TEA, AFR, MTI, ect heads and weigh the pro's and cons, cruise the dyno and drag racing forums an look at what setups are producing what, ect.

We have a set of used but completely gone through and rebuilt hand ported Stage 2 heads off of our shop car. We could get you a nice cam to go with them. They made 416rwhp and 392rwtq with a 226/234-557/557 112 cam. Looking for $1400 no core or make me an offer.

there is a big difference between patriot and afr. like jrp said, you need to find out what your goals are and go from there.

u'll never get that kinda torque out of a 346... an average head/cam setup gets about 425-450rwhp, and 400-425rwtq... for a daily driver A4, i'd say get something like TSP's new 225 cam and their 5.3 heads combo for under $2000 and u'll have around 425/400 and it will sound mean and go fast... 4:10's r alot of gear for an auto, can u even hook up with it stock?? do u have a tq. converter yet? i'd suggest a converter around 3500 with an str around 2.0 to hook up with those gears...

not happening on stock cubes. in your case it sounds like cubes will be your friend. a 383 w/ a nice pair of heads, relatively small cam, and bolt ons would make a broad powerband for daily driving.

If you're looking for that much torque with a street motor, a 421 Iron block motor is probably going to be the only way to go. And you can't just let any old engine builder build that motor for you.

445RWHP/430FTLBS is reasonable for a heads/cam motor.

i have a nice cam for sale...it is a TSP 231/237, it is a very popular cam that makes good power. match it up with a good set of heads and you'll have a nice street car. pm me if you are interested. the cam has about 2000 miles on it.

go with the 205 cc AFR head and a 230 cam with about 600 lift, for 500 rwhp get a blower. With 425 to 450 rwhp you"ll have trouble with traction on the steet anyway!!!!
