Once the rod bolts are off you can take the rods/pistons out as one piece. Just turn the block upside-down on the engine stand and push on the rod bearing until the assembly falls out. Try to catch it if you can. Once that's done, unbolt the main caps and the crank will come right out.

Now when you say upside down do you mean pistons facing down(top of block)!?? Or do you mean upside down from its postion now(top of block facing up)??? reason i ask is cause i have the block upside down now cause i was working on pulling all the stuff out of it so right now the top of the block is facing the ground and the oil pan side is in the air!!! Do i just keep it in this position and go from there!!?? Or flip it back over and go from there??

Put your rod bolts back in about half way, and gently tap on them with a small hammer until the caps break loose. After that, I use the handle of a hammer to tap the piston and rod assembly out. Be carfule not to gouge the cylinder walls.
