Do I need to do anything to put Z06 valves in stock LS1 heads?

Do I need to do anything to put Z06 valves in stock LS1 heads?
I have a valve that decided to shake hands with a piston, and I have access to a set of lighter Z06 valves. Are they the same size as stock LS1 (99) valves? Does any modification need to be done to the head for them?

The LS6 valves will drop right in. Just be sure to lap the new valves in and you will be good to go. If possible, find a machine shop with LS1 experience to perform a "quality" valvejob while the heads are down.

It is a LONG process so take it somewhere familar with ls1's and let them do the job right and get that stress off u. But no modifications needed. I read that those valves are a million times better than stockers. good choice!

ls6 valves
Diameter may be the same, but I thought that the valve stem length is longer for the sodium filled LS6 valve than the LS1 version. Something about the LS6 cam having a smaller base circle and the longer valve stem is part of the geometry solution.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

1-You will need shorter pushrods if you use LS6 valves in an LS1 on a LS1 cam.(7.35)
2-The LS6 cam has smaller B-circles, that is why they made the LS6 valves longer, (7.40 it is)
3-And to confuse the **** out of everyone: With a LS6 cam in an LS1 with LS1 valves, you'll need longer p-rods

For right now i got a ls1 block, z06 cam, 7.4 pushrods, and HS 1.8 rockers. I got a great deal on LS6 valves, so I've been thinking of putting them in. Is there anything wrong with my current situation?
What's the math/logic that you figure this stuff out? Isn't it as simple as cam pushing the pushrod, which pushes the rocker, which moves the valve? Wouldn't the length of the pushrod and a valve stem be dependent also on the rocker ratio a bit? How much space do I have to work with? what are we worrying about, valves going too far and hitting pistons or something else? I am a mechanical moron so feel free to set me straight here.
