Default buy new rockers??

hey guys, got a question..should i buy new rockers? i am going to be putting my motor back together as soon as my heads get back from the shop. Going to put in a hotcam with new springs also. dont plan on revving the motor past 67-6800.. they have 72000 miles on them along with the lifters..i figured i might as well replace the lifters since they got that many miles on them but what about the rockers? Horsepower is not THAT big of a factor considering the price of new rockers..what does it gain 5-7 rwhp for like 400-500 bucks? sure i am like everyone else that would like the most power but i can live without those few ponies for that kind of cheese.. (hince the hotcam instead of a real cam..let the flames begin )its more of a safety thing..i keep hearing about failed bearings with the stock rockers and such..going to great meausres to insure everything is perfect when i stab this motor back in, dont want a bad rocker to mess anything up. so what do you think? how many miles on the stockers until they need repalced?
thanks
matt

The failed rockers were usually running pretty big cams with fast ramps. If you running the Hotcam... I wouldnt waste the money on new rockers.
