You shouldn't see any difference unless your motor is smoking or fouling the sparkplugs.Valveseals don"t really affect power.I mean they don't affect compression or seal of the valves in the chamber?????

Well, my car has Patriot 5.3L SII heads (with the old teflon valve seals that Patriot first put in their heads) and is currently consuming 2 quarts of oil in 700 miles........ I called Patriot and talked to Gunnar to find out if they could do anything for me. Gunnar sent me new viton rubber seals (the ones Patriot currently puts in their heads)free of charge. So, tomorrow I am taking the car to the shop to have the new seals installed. The car is going on the dyno after that to get some more tunning done. Hopefully with out all that oil in the chamber it should pick up a few. I'm just wondering if anyone else has been in my shoes?

I've been there unfortunately.....
But like FastOne said though, it isn't going to cost any power unless the excess oil is causing detonation or fouling plugs, etc.

Seals are cheap compared to the labor to get them installed, nice gesture though!!
