Any info on the new MTI G1 cam? Any info on the new MTI G1 cam?
I don't know much about cams so if anyone can give opinion on the specs of new cam.
Specs are
228/232 .588/.575 113
Is it a mild cam? agressive? somewhere in between?
What do you think it's idle characteristics will be?
compared to other cams (MTI's other cams, where does it rank between hp and torque)?
Anyone have any numbers a a C5 with this cam?

this is actually the cam that is in the 455 gto they just did. i know of a few people planning on swapping to this cam, but haven't heard any results yet. one of the cars has always been a turd, so i wouldn't put too much into his numbers. it would work well as a nitrous cam, and makes another alternative to the x1.
