CAM Install - Can't remove #2 Lifter
The other ones just popped out with a magnet tool but this one seems determined to stay in there.
How do I get this out? And is that a sign of anything or are they just hard to get out sometimes?

JRP... I'm the retarded pen magnet guy who had to pull his heads to get the magnet out
The heads are off, the lifter retainers are off and I finally just a second ago got the lifter out. I just got my fingers around it and wiggled and pulled and it eventually came out... not nearly as easy as the other 7 however.
J.C. the last thing I need is something else to go wrong during this install
I did notice a small pit in my #2 piston the size that looks like dip about the width of a piece of pencil lead and punched it into the piston. It isn't really deep but I have no idea if that is good / bad or ugly.
