Default oil leak help

Just changed heads, cam ls6 ported oil pump headers etc on my C5. Throughly checked for leaks putting on lift with running etc

Pulled a vacuum hose to make try checking for vac leaks noticed after pulling hose a oil leak around crank seal
So went back through cleaned area put on lift ran etc no leak
Drove 250 miles no apparent leak

Started workiing on idle problems last night a car stumbling and dieing etc then noticed a puddle coming from front of engine
Any ideas besides the obvious pull of pulling crank seal and replacing

I am somehow hoping that the pulling of a vac hose and a leak and the idle stumbling somehow created block pressure and forced oil out???

I have had crank seal leak if i didnt center timing cover seal on harmonic balancer snout. I leave t.cover bolts hand loose and 2oil pan to t.cover bolts loose until after balancer is installed then i tighten them evenly. This system works great. FWIW i have acess to Kent moore seal adjusting tool, and my cover leaked when i tried it! Oh well, see if this is your problem.
