Default tsp 231/237 /heads questions

i'm planning to buy this cam is there going to be any P/V problems with stock heads. and can i use after market milled heads with it or do i have to clearance the pistons. i'm planning to but stock ported heads or is it better to buy aftermarket. thanks guys

Running 231/237 with stock heads, no problems, do not know about aftermarkets, with LT' and cam cut .8 off in 1/4
You will be happy.

5.3L heads or welded chambered 6.0L heads work well with this cam. Both offer higher compression without milling.

Call Jason or Trevor at TSP and they'll help you pick the right combo. Many run that camshaft with bigger valves and even a little milling. Ask them about the enw Precision Race Component heads
