Default Cam Question

What would be the best cam for my friend's car with the following mods: SLP Loudmouth Exhaust, Volant Cool Air Intake, SLP Short Throw Shifter with Lou's Short Stick, Richmond 3.73's and ASP Underdrive Pulley's?

How much will installation cost at a shop?

Thanks much!

anything around a 224 is an awsome cam like the TR 224. Install prices vary a lot

Got to plan where you want to go with the car before you pick a cam. Decide what you want to do with the car (track car, daily drive, steet car, how fast you want it, cam only, heads cam, etc).

hahaha no joke. do you need it to pass emissions? is it max effort, daily driver, drag, autox?? see jrp's cam guide, read that and then start reading the internals forum. you'll find a slew of info. more then enough. by then you'll know enough to know exactly what questions to ask to get what info you need
