Short: Engine swap costs? Hey all, quick question for you: What kind of ballpark do folks normally charge to do a straight motor swap - pull one, drop in the other.
Car is a '97 C5 - which I imagine is a bit more involved than the F-bodies...

$1300 is what we're charging one of our customers to swap motors in his C5. A healthy chunk of that is going to the GM certified Vette Tech we're bringing in to do the swap. Hope that helps.
