Default Too much gas!!

I just got done with a cam and head install. I put in a 226/226 581 113 cam with a set of stage one heads that have been milles .030, with 2.02 and 1.57 valves in my car. I have all of the bolt ons and I went to start the car today and it fired up right of with no problems. I shut it off and checked everything and then I went to start it again and it would not fire. So I check, I have spark and have gas, but I am fouling the plugs because I am getting way too much gas. What do I do in order to fix this? Sorry this is long guys.
