If you can't turn the motor over by hand then you're friend probably hydrolocked it somehow.

Sounds like a blown head gasket ( white smoke ), maybe start there.

Put the car on an incline and see if any liquid comes out of your exhaust/cutout.

You definately need to have your heads pulled.

well i looked at it a little today and when i went to drain the oil 5-6 quarts of radiator fluid came out first all orange and then a litle oil then the 6 quart bucket was full and i took off the lid and there was some radiator fluid in front of the throttle body blade and i opened the blade and stuck my finger behind the blade and there was a couple pieces of flakes there also, so maybe a cracked head or gasket and redo the whole raotating assembly correct??

hope he has a nice bank account. LOL. That or he likes turnin wrenches, I wouldn't let him out of this one. That sucks. Sounds like you blew a head gasket. Epescially with all that oil/coolant mixing you're talkin about. Time to pull the heads and find out!!
