Want to change my CAM again, NEED YOU HELP.
Mods is SIG, however the car is not a daily driver, Want something that lopes HARD, more than my current TR224 112 LSA cam, but would also like to stick with Thunder Racing. (If possible) Had nothing but great help, and great products from them. Also, Since I already have comp 918 spring with about 5000 miles on them, am I going to need to replace them again? I hope not.

Hey that's a good cam, I wouldn't replace with anything bigger, you will just lose driveability and low end torque. Just slow your idle speed down and you should get a real good lope out of it.

oh, and ditch the 918s for some stronger springs for sure. unless of course you want to

I had that one too. But after a while I needed a change. That's where the F1 came in. 230/226 .591/.569 112. HUGE gain over the 224, and drivability was the same. You won't lose ANY low end torque. That is the biggest misconception I've seen so far. You will GAIN all across the board. Go ahead and step up. You will be impressed.

I'm with LOnSLO. I have an F1 as well and there is absolutely no driveability problems with it. I even have stock 3.42 gears - thats another misconception out there - that a big cam needs gears to be street friendly.

Sounds like the perfect winner. Also, with .591 lift, am I going to need to change out my comp 918's again? They only have 5000 miles on them

If you look at the specs from cam manufactures, the low rpm end of the operating range gets higher with each increase in duration. I'm not sure at what duration you start to notice this, but with the 270 degree (320 advertized) cam I had in my '67 Firebird it was very dramatic. That thing was a PITA to drive with it's 3.08 axle ratio and huge cam.
