Default Will this cam fit with my heads?

I am running some 5.3 heads. I was wondering if I could use this cam, and not have to worrie about valve releifing the pistons. Cam specs are as follows

Cam is a 232/234 .595/.598 114LSA

I will be using the graphite style head gaskets also. Thanks for the info.

Thats a lot of milling on 5.3 heads, Id think that would bump you to around 12.5:1 comp. I think. Is that what you are looking for?
I dont think many larger cams will work with those heads milled that much, but I
could be wrong.

The amount of lift is going to be affected by the diameter of the valves. With 2.02/1.55, you could go about 0.550" of lift. With 2.08/1.60, you could go about 0.540".

You milled the 5.3's .040? I always thought the 5.3's upped your compression just by gettin bolted on, due to cc size?? Thats a hella lot of compression.

Correction, we are NOT milling the heads .040, we are leaving them stock.. The valves are going to be 2.05.. Sorry for the typo..
