Default X1 Cam 112 or 114 lsa???

How much hp difference between the two? Are any of you running the 114 lsa in a 6 speed car?

Because its cool.

There really isnt going to be any difference in power between the 2. It will be at what point peak power is made. I prefer a 112 because it makes it a little more on the big end.

There may be a problem with the T1 and B1 comparison for concluding on the effect of LSA. This was years ago, but as I recall both cams had the same amount of advance ground in them. Thus the T1 has a lower intake center line than the B1 which may account for any powerband shift, rather than the LSA.

You might ask Tony if remembers the I/C for those versions of the cam.

The 112 will lope more and make less peak power but more power under the curve.

I love my X1 on 112 lobe. CK Sig! I have my dyno sheet. If you PM me your E-mail address I will send it to you. It`s N/A and on spray! David at MTI had this same cam in his 6sp and pulled 444rwhp if I remember right!

112 x1 here. If you listen to an X1 114 they idle like a 220 on a 114 ... so you can ALMOST pull of a sleeper scheme...almost..
