Default Help me chose please. H/C setup

I've norrowed it down to TEA stage II heads. Not sure if I want 5.3/5.7/6.0 heads though. I dont really want to high compression (because N2O) on my new heads. How can I determin what would work best for me? Next thing, since the TEA heads come with DUAL valve springs, I want an awesome BIG CHOPPY CAM. Will someone please give me a direction on where to go with this. Need to get the car back on the road again. Thanks

I'd like to see someone run the Thunder 230/227 cam with some TEA heads... I'd like to see how that cam works in a car with some gear and a good amount of stall...

I have heard it in an A4 and it sounds pretty nice.

"JOHN" I would like to run a bigger duration, and lift cam though. Thats why tea comes with double valve springs. Would 236/231 .600 .591 be a good cam? Or atleast a cam in that area?

But hey, if you have valve reliefs, go for it. A 232 intake should be plenty IMO.
