Z06 cam specs vs LS1 cam specs

what are the specs on both of these cams and if i install a Z06 cam in my stock LS1 what kinda gains would i see over the LS1 cam. Newb question but would appreciate some good answers.

stock 198i/208e .500 lift
ls6 204i/218e .550lift
depend on what other mods you have as fae as gains 20 to 30 somthing I would guess.
