Default Cometic Gaskets

Is it ok to torque the head down and the remove it a then put the head back on and torque it agin a couple times with cometics?

Yes. Cometics are "reuseable". Make sure your head bolts are too, or get new ones.

I reccomend it with all head gaskets, helps to collapse gasket so final torque of fasteners is maintained.
