Default which heads & cam??

I'm new to typing & computers, as this is my 5 or so post. I bought a used 2001 SS 1LE 6spd with the following mods, LS1 motorsport lid ,K&N filter,ASP crank pully,Kook long tube 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 and offroad pipe ,CME with a cutout,TNT wet (not used yet) on a stock short block.! I would settle for a little less power for reilibity. Is 450 on the motor asking to much, then spray it . WHO,WHAT,AND WHY?? I'm looking for a shop to install and tune. Thanks for Any and All Help!!!

If you don't mind driving a few hours the guys at Race Tech do excellent work and can dyno-tune your car for you. They're in Rainbow City Alabama (about 2 hours from Atlanta).

With that being said maybe you should look into PRC heads and a TSP cam. Do a search in this forum and the dyno forum.

I'm running the PRC heads and a small PRC 225 cam in my car. Like was posted above.. ractech speed sales, installs, and tunes packages with PRC heads. They are located right off I59, not too bad of a drive for you at all.
