Need more info. How much mill? Chamber size? Valves? How much nitrous?
IMO make your cam choice and build your heads around that.
Personally I would choose a LGM G5X3 or FM 13

Best way is to use a dial indicator and measure your PVC.
Unmilled TSP 231/237 will fit, G5x2 should (Call Loy at LGM, he will know). In any case you have to measure your PVC on any head but stock. Anything else is a guess since the cams sometimes variate slightly on their spec. TSP used to cam doctor their cams, but I don't know if they fixed it since it last broke.

The 5.3 heads will raise your compresion ratio to 10.8. With nitrous, turbo or supercharger you will benifit more from the stock compression of 10.2 from the LS1 heads verses the 5.3 heads. If you are not going with any of these options you will get a few extra pony's from the higher compression ratio of the 5.3 heads.
Good luck,
Al

Turbo=low CR
N20= high CR
The best nitrous engines I've ever seen run like 14:1 BTW. (Race only)

Just remember, it is not peak numbers that make a car faster or quicker. It is the power under the curve. Some cams make 430>450 on top (peak) on dyno, but run like POS at the track.
It is all a combo. From heads to cam to stall (Auto) to gears etc...
Some High duration cams make poor torque down low and do not fair better in a duel than a well balanced medium lifts.
TEA 1.5 are good heads, so a better mannered cam will give you better power under the curve.
TSP 225/225, .589/.589 112 is one of them
Comp XE-R 224/224, .581/.581 112/114 is another.
Big doesn't necessarily mean better.

brian at TEA told me to go with the 1.5 heads but he wasnt there today and the other guy told me to use stage 2s cause of the nitrous. he also said with the big cam i might have to notch my pistons(which i rather not do) so im waiting for someone from there to call me back.Im confused.
