How far can I GO?

I wanting to go with a stroker kit, and my question is. How far can i go with out sleeving the Block?

I want to go 396!!!! Can i do this with machine work or does it have to be resleeved?

the lunati 395ci kit is a block honed .005 and a 4.125 stroke i believe.
