Default Valve spring removal tool (One that bolts to rocker pedistal)

I used the autozone one on my c5 the first time and It was just a bit time consuming. If i was good w/ steel i could make something like a flat plate that would bolt to the 2 bolts in the rocker pedistal and compress the springs as it tightens, but i am not. Ive seen these before, anyone know who makes one, can I rent one or do i have to buy it? Anyone here have one they wanna borrow me or rent me? I had to modify the autozone rental to work right and it took forever.

Thanks
dave

Do a search for the Larry Tool... lots of people use that one (myself included) and it does the trick just fine. You can also buy a more expensive tool from a number of the sponsors listed over there ------------>

I used the crane tool from thunder racing. It worked awesome. First spring swap ever took me 2 hrs.
