is here any intake sealing issues with ls1 heads milled .035

How much will that bump the compression?

depends on bore, stroke, gasket thickness, deck height, and piston volume.

well in a all stock condition.. what would milling .035-.040 off bump it up to?

.040 i come up with 11.17 using a stockshortblock with pistons out the hole -.008 (assuming) and .052 gasket
