What will my PtoV be?

What will my PtoV be? I checked my clearance at TDC. Intake=.215, exhaust=.250. The cam is a Comp 224/228 .581/.588 @112+2. Tappet lift @TDC for the 224 lobe is .069" (.117 with 1.7 rr) @106* and .055 @110* (.094 with 1.7rr). For the 228 lobe it is .076 (.129 with 1.7rr) @ 106* and .062 @110* (.105 with 1.7rr). I'm thinking .121" for the intake and .120 for the exhaust.

Ok, I checked my P/V clearance today. This is using a set of AFR 205's milled .010" and Cometic .040" MLS gaskets. The cam is the one above. Intake is .110" and exhaust is .148" I would have had plenty of room to mill them another .014" for 62cc combustion chambers.
