Default how much HP can a forged ls1 handle?

That is an open question. What parts? What RPM's. I bet i could get 300hp to distroy an forged short block if i spun it to 10000RPMs.

Hey harlan is your setup or can I see the specs somewhere?

Your website seems to be your old setup if I'm not mistaken.

Why stock crank?

How much power?

How high do you spin it?

What block, heads?

Cam specs?

How many cubes?

How do you hold the heads down?

Race weight?

(related to last question, may or may not be relevent depending on race weight) Why a powerglide?

Plan on being the quickest/fastest LS1?

Size turbos?

Where can I find more videos?

MPG ?

Who is the dork yelling "Oh my god!" in that video? I about shat myself the first time I heard it.

General Comments:

And please tell me you got video when you went "hunting for 'busa's".

Nice new time.

And, um, ...

That's all I can think about off the top of my head.

Wow, i figured more then a good tune was needed, most people i have seen in the 800 range need to do other things. there tune was mint, no knock ect, nice af and all, but the cars still pushed a little water each pass

Here goes....

Why stock crank?
Why not

How much power?
No real dyno numbers, had drag radials on when I first checked the base tune. Spun the tires anything past 18psi. Even w/ 6 straps on the back, and 4 people in the trunk.

How high do you spin it?
shift at 7800, limiter at 8000

What block, heads?
LS6 block, 6.0L heads

Cam specs?
Futral solid roller 251/248 .695/.683 115LSA

How many cubes?
.010 over block, 348 cu in

How do you hold the heads down?
good tune, GM MLS gaskets, standard ARP studs

Race weight?
was 3330 before the wheelie bars and chute, guessing ~3400 right now

Why a powerglide?
Recommendation of a friend with a fast mustang

Plan on being the quickest/fastest LS1?
If it is, so be it. Just out to have fun.

Size turbos?
T66 right now

Where can I find more videos?
they are coming soon

MPG ?
not sure, 140 miles and 10 gallons the one night. mixed driving

Who is the dork yelling "Oh my god!" in that video? I about shat myself the first time I heard it.
That would be Coach B, resident slacker
