many people have had problems with the rev 1116's. i personally had a broken spring at 4k miles. also, many other people have broken these springs with cams not even close to the rated lift (.620 or so i think).
IMO, there are much better springs on the market, like the crane duals, patriot duals, or comp 921 duals (my personal choice of springs which i am currently running). save yourself some headache and get a good quality spring to begin with.

thanks, what about the rev 816 dual springs? i think these where better ones. i also would have a smaller cam, 230's max and 570-580 max this will be for a toy budget car i might build.

My only complaint with the 1116's is that after about 17-18k miles, the durability of them goes downhill QUICK.
I'm on my 4th set with a Lunati grind 231/237 .598/.595 112+2 cam. I also use the West Coast Cylinder Heads titanium retainers and spring seats, NOT the REV ones.
1st set, broke 3 springs after 4,000 miles.
2nd set (replacing 1st set), ran great for about 18k miles, then had 1 spring break.
3rd set (replacing 2nd set), same results as 2nd set, ran about 18k miles, then 1 spring broke.
4th set (replacing 3rd set), installed a week ago, so far so good.
