I'm assuming you are asking about the 205's. I think it is 78cc for the as cast and 82cc for the CNC. I'll check tomorrow. I'm going to the shop to finish my install and there is a card in the box. I'll give that to you then.

Guys...

Exhaust port volume on a "production" 205 is exactly 85 cc's.

Exhaust port volume on a stock LS6 243 casting is exactly 78 cc's.

While our exhaust port is only 9% larger than factory (including the larger "throat" from a 1.600 Exh. valve), it flows 24% more.

Stock LS6 exhaust flow on our equipment is 190 CFM's.
AFR 205 exhaust port is 235 CFM +.

Slight increase in volume with big increase in flow equals high velocity and better scavenging....don't forget it has to cope with an additional 20% of intake flow from the higher flowing AFR intake port. We sized it properly to get the job done, and the reality is that it is an extremely efficient port design capable of supporting some additional intake flow (via blower, nitrous, etc.) quite comfortably.

Hope this clears up some of the confusion...

Thanks,
Tony M.
